Diner’s Grill & Sizzling Hub first opened its doors in the 3rd quarter of 2020, during a time when the world was facing unprecedented challenges. We saw the struggles many people were going through—especially with the pandemic affecting jobs, businesses, and daily life. But we also saw an opportunity to make a difference.
With a passion for good food and a desire to support the community, we set out to offer tasty, budget-friendly meals that anyone could enjoy. We started by serving sizzling sisig, affordable value meals, and short orders—all on a hot plate, because we believe that great food doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag.
Our slogan, *“Inato ra pero lami!”*, reflects our dedication to creating familiar yet flavorful dishes that make people feel at home. We want everyone who walks through our doors to enjoy a meal that’s both delicious and comforting, no matter their budget.
Opening our business in the midst of a global pandemic wasn’t easy, but it gave us a chance to help those in need—especially those whose jobs were impacted by the lockdown. By hiring locally and keeping our prices affordable, we were able to give back to our community in a meaningful way while providing a safe space for people to gather and enjoy good food.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand and bring Diner’s Grill & Sizzling Hub to more barangays across Davao City.
